The challenge
In most clubs, the money runs through somebody’s private account. A parent volunteers as treasurer, collects the fees by transfer, pays for the kit, and keeps a spreadsheet. When they hand the job on, the account and the history go with them.
What Neuro does here
Team wallets and payments sit beneath Digitala Lagkassan. Each payment stays with the team it belongs to, so a change of treasurer changes access instead of moving money through another private account.
The result
Each team has its own wallet and a visible record of money in and out. The treasurer can manage payments without routing club funds through a private account.
When a volunteer hands over the role, the club can change who has access to the team wallet. The payment and account controls come from here; Digitala Lagkassan builds the everyday club workflow around them.
