Own · Neuro-Assets
Own the asset and what happens next.
Programmable ownership for real-world assets.
Programmable ownership means the record carries its own rules: who holds it, what it represents, and what may happen to it next. Represent a coffee crop, gold holding, or infrastructure opportunity; follow a carbon credit from issue to retirement; or give a physical product a live record of materials, ownership, repair, and end of life.

What it is
Ownership is more than a line in a database.
An ownership claim is only as good as the spreadsheet carrying it — and a spreadsheet cannot prove that a retired carbon credit was not sold twice, or that the investor on the certificate is the one who paid.
Assets as different as export coffee, gold, vehicles, and infrastructure can share one marketplace because each opportunity carries a defined owner, agreement, payment, and transaction history. The same ownership infrastructure makes a carbon credit traceable across its whole lifecycle.
Neuro-Assets binds provenance, ownership, governing rules, and live state to the digital instrument. That is what lets a business transfer an investment interest, report against a product or asset, monitor performance, or prevent a retired credit from being sold again.
Where it fits
Owned assets need proven identities and payments that know the rules.
Neuro-Access verifies the entrepreneur, company, and investor before Neuro-Pay settles and Neuro-Assets records the resulting ownership. The represented opportunity, the parties, and the payment stay connected — one flow rather than three systems reconciling afterwards.
How it works
Define the asset. Bind the rules. Let history travel.
Define
Describe the coffee crop, gold holding, infrastructure project, product, or carbon credit and the legal or verification requirements around it.
Attach the contract
Bind the rules that govern it: who may invest or receive a transfer, what must be reported, and when payment or retirement can occur.
Represent it on the ledger
Issue the instrument so an investor's ownership, a product's passport, or a carbon credit is tied to its governing agreement and history.
Use the lifecycle
Transfer an eligible investment, add a repair or ownership event, monitor connected data, or retire a credit so it cannot return to circulation.

Two deployments where the record had to carry its own rules and its own history.
CreturnerSweden
Carbon-related value became traceable digital assets with a verifiable history of ownership, change, and transfer.
InnovaBrazil
Verified identity, integrated payments, and asset lifecycle management run as one marketplace foundation. $37M in signed agreements, 5 live projects, 50+ in the pipeline — figures from the Innova deployment.
Each row links to the published case. Innova’s figures describe that deployment, not Neuro revenue.
What can be represented
The harder an asset is to trust, the more ownership infrastructure matters.
Traditional assets already have mature rails. Neuro is most useful where ownership is hard to divide, evidence is hard to verify, or no liquid market exists yet.
Tier 1 · Traditional
Stocks, bonds, funds, currencies
Established classes with mature regulatory frameworks and liquid markets already in place.
Documentation · Financial and asset-backed instrumentsTier 2 · Alternative
Real estate, commodities, private equity, infrastructure Primary focus
Represent a real project or commodity so verified investors can own and follow an interest that was previously difficult to access.
Documentation · Project and physical-asset ownershipTier 3 · Frontier
Carbon credits, data-linked assets, access rights, IP
Use a governed lifecycle where the value depends on provenance, permitted use, expiry, transfer history, or a verified retirement event.
Documentation · Governed asset lifecyclesCapabilities
What ownership makes possible.
Three ways to turn verified ownership into action, each depending on the contract layer underneath.
Turn an asset into an instrument
Represent a coffee, gold, or infrastructure opportunity as an instrument bound to a real agreement, verified holder, and transfer history.
Read moreProve a claim is real
Follow a carbon credit from verified issue through ownership changes to retirement, then prevent a retired unit from circulating again.
Read moreTrack an asset's whole life
Scan a product to see verified materials and production, add ownership and repair events during use, then record recycling or end of life.

The parts of Neuro-Assets.
A contract engine, asset-specific applications, and the marketplace where eligible assets can trade.
Neuro-Contracts
Agreements that are legally binding and machine-executable at once: beyond a static PDF, and beyond a script that no court recognises.
Neuro-Monitor
Live oversight of an asset: financial performance, ESG metrics, operational data, fed by devices or APIs.
Neuro-Carbon
Carbon credits with provenance from issuance to retirement, built so double-counting cannot occur.
Neuro-Proof
Digital product passports: materials, production, ownership, repair, and end of life in one verifiable record.
Neuro-Exchange
The marketplace layer for secondary trading, inheriting identity and compliance from Neuro-Access.
Tokenization
The mechanism underneath: standards-based representation tied to the asset, the rules, and the rights.
