About the company
Innova is a Brazilian financial technology company that operates a digital asset marketplace. It connects entrepreneurs and companies with investors, turning real-world assets into investment opportunities that can be owned, tracked and traded. The platform is Brazil-first, with expansion into further markets planned.
Its catalogue is broad. Listed opportunities span physical gold, several grades of export coffee, luxury vehicles, car-rental fleet financing, rare earths and mining, large-scale infrastructure, equity in operating companies, education, and community and social-impact projects, with real estate part of the mix as well.
The challenge
Innova needed to check investors, take payment and record ownership for assets as different as coffee crops and gold. Each step could have required a separate system, with its own login, data and gaps between transactions.
Innova wanted entrepreneurs to present those opportunities in one marketplace, where eligible investors could move from identity check to purchase and ownership record without starting over in another service.
What Neuro does here
Checked participants, payments, asset records and the marketplace itself arrive together. Innova can list coffee, gold and mining opportunities without rebuilding those checks for each asset class.
An entrepreneur or investor completes identity and Know Your Customer checks before transacting. Innova manages the participant’s account and permissions in the same service that presents the listings.
When an investor commits, the payment and asset record stay connected. Innova can accept card, bank, mobile and stablecoin payments. The issued digital asset and every later change of holder are tracked.
The gold bar and coffee crop have different terms, but buyers meet the same identity process and can inspect the ownership history attached to each listing. Innova uses the identity, asset and trading layers together to make that shared flow possible.
The result
Innova places opportunities as different as a coffee harvest and a gold holding in one marketplace. Participants pass identity checks before transacting; each listed asset keeps its own terms, holder and transfer history.
The shared checks, the payment flow and the asset records sit beneath those listings. Innova can add a new asset class without rebuilding the marketplace foundation, while each opportunity still needs its own structure, evidence and investor eligibility rules.
Any marketplace holding assets that are hard to value and hard to transfer meets the same three questions: who is this buyer, what exactly are they buying, and did the money and the ownership move together. Innova answered all three once and reused the answer ten times.
