Move value when the condition is met.

When delivery, verification, completion, or usage is confirmed, Neuro releases payment between verified parties and records why. No one has to carry the result from one system into another.

The problem

The work is verified before the money moves.

A delivery is confirmed in one system. The payment for it is released, later, by a person working in another. Between those two moments sits a delay, a reconciliation, a cash-flow gap, and a reliable source of error — repeated across every transaction a business makes.

The gap is not a software failure so much as an architectural one. Money and logic were digitised separately, so nothing can bridge them except a human being reading one screen and typing into another.

Triggers
Delivery confirmation, verification, completion, schedule, or usage.
Written in
A Neuro-Contract, alongside the terms it enforces.
Checks
Counterparty identity, at the moment of execution.
Settlement
Instant, and deterministic.
Reconciliation
None — the payment and its justification are one record.
Typical uses
Escrow, vesting, revenue share, conditional release, supplier settlement.

How it works

Condition met. Value moved. Record complete.

Write the rule into the contract

The condition lives with the terms it belongs to, not in a separate workflow tool: on delivery, on verification, on completion, per unit consumed.

The condition is observed

A device reports, an API confirms, a credential is presented, or a counterparty signs. The ledger sees it directly rather than being told about it later.

Payment executes

Value moves against verified identities on both sides. No approval queue, no batch window, no manual release.

The record is the receipt

Settlement and audit trail are the same operation, so there is nothing left to reconcile afterwards.

What it uses

What controls the release.

The contract defines the condition, identity proves the parties, and Neuro-Pay moves the value inside the same record.

Programmatic payments

Rules-based transfers bound to contract logic or real-world conditions.

Neuro-Contracts

The agreement that defines the condition and carries legal force.

Digital Identity

Verification of both parties, checked at execution time.
