Own · Assets

A credit that cannot be counted twice.

The credit carries its monitoring data, every transfer and the moment it retires. Present it again and it is refused.

A buyer reads the whole history themselves, instead of a summary of it.

More than a line in a database.

A claim of ownership is only as good as the spreadsheet it sits in, and a spreadsheet cannot prove a credit was not sold twice. Here who issued it, who holds it, its rules and its status are one record.

A grain harvest, a fleet of vans, a stake in a substation — all on one marketplace, because each carries its own owner, agreement and history.

Where it came from, who owns it and where it stands today live in one record. A share transfers, a regulator reads the history, a retired credit is refused.

What it covers
Anything you can identify and whose rights are settled: physical, financial or environmental.
Rules
Each asset is bound to a signed agreement setting out transfer rules, rights and obligations.
Data
Live feeds from devices, from other systems, or typed in by hand keep the record current.
Compliance
What has to be reported is written into the agreement, so it is not a quarterly exercise somebody runs by hand.
Trading
Sell it in pieces and resell it, where the asset and the law allow.
History
Where it came from, and everything since, checkable by anyone entitled to look.

The owner is checked before the money moves.

The entrepreneur, the company and the investor are each checked before anything settles. Prove the parties, then move the money.

The history stays attached.

Define

A harvest, a substation stake, a licence, a product line — with its legal and verification requirements.

Attach the contract

Who may hold it, what must be reported, when it may pay out or be retired.

Put it on the record

An investor’s stake, a product’s passport, a credit. Each one carries its own agreement and history.

Use it through its life

A stake transfers, a service is logged, a credit retires for good.

Most useful where there is no market yet.

Selling a share in a listed company takes seconds. Selling a tenth of a warehouse takes lawyers and months, and mostly does not happen.

Stocks and bonds already trade well, and we will not beat that. Neuro is for everything else: it makes being sure cheap enough to trade.

Tier 1 · Traditional

Stocks, bonds, funds, currencies

Shares and bonds, with mature regulation and a liquid market. If this is what you hold, keep what you use.

Documentation · Financial and asset-backed instruments

Tier 2 · Alternative

Real estate, commodities, private equity, infrastructure Primary focus

A real project or commodity checked investors can own a piece of, when they could not get near it before.

Documentation · Project and physical-asset ownership

Tier 3 · Frontier

Carbon credits, data-linked assets, access rights, IP

Where it came from, what it may be used for, when it expires and when it was retired. If those events are the value, this is the tier.

Documentation · Token states and events

Three things assets make possible.

A stake sold in pieces, a claim a buyer can check, a history that travels with the thing.

Turn an asset into an instrument

A warehouse or a substation stake becomes something checked holders can buy a piece of.

Trading between holders

Your holders trade among themselves; who may trade was settled when they arrived.
